ACADEMICS AT TKA
The King’s Academy seeks excellence in all areas, and as a college preparatory school, a high standard for the academic structure has been implemented since the school was founded. TKA’s Biblically integrated curriculum is designed to be challenging, encouraging students to become critical thinkers, analytical problem solvers and have a deep understanding of God’s creation through all aspects.
We appreciate that each student is God’s unique and purposeful design. Our multi-level approach to teaching allows our students to learn at their ability (CP, Honors, Dual Enrollment through Francis Marion University). Curriculum is chosen by subject matter based on what we believe to be is the best offered by the top publishing companies, rather than a blanket brand for subject matter, making our curriculum individualized by subject and thoroughly considered.
The graduates of The King’s Academy enjoy many options upon graduation and those that choose to continue their education at four-year universities and colleges have a 100% acceptance rate. TKA graduates also receive state funded scholarships as well as merit-based scholarships.
