STUDENT HEALTH ISSUES

Attention Parents:
Should your child need medication during the school day, please complete the Medication Permission Form and bring in with medication (in the original container) to the health room. DO NOT send the medication with your child or another student. The medication must be delivered by an adult to the school nurse.

Student Health Screenings:

Vision screenings will be offered in October for interested students.  The screenings are provided by Dr. Lee from Palmetto Vision Center at no charge to the student.  Hearing and speech screenings will also offered for interested students.  Pee Dee Speech & Hearing provides these screenings at a minimal charge.  All screenings are normally offered to Lower School students; however, any student can be screened at parent/guardian’s request. Contact the school nurse at ext. 20. with any questions.

My Child Is Sick. Should I send him/her to school?
