Team Ministry
TKA offers local service ministry opportunities from kindergarten through twelfth grade.
Team Ministry Dates for 20011-2012:

Lower School
Students begin training in Lower School through class ministries designed to recognize theneeds of others. Also in Lower School, 6th grade students have the opportunity to volunteer to participate in a praise and worship ministry group called "Chapel Chums".
Middle School and Upper School
As students move into Middle School, they have the opportunity to minister to the local community through Team Ministries.
Once per month students in 7th through 12th grade are divided into middle school and upper school teams. A TKA staff team leader prepares the students to minister at local kindergartens, nursing homes, or other service projects.
Discipleship is the focus in the Upper School. Outreach opportunities are age appropriate with the goal of ultimately preparing an Upper School student to go on local, national, or international missions.
