Scrip Order Information

Two Ways to Place Your Scrip Order

To place your scrip order using a Microsoft Excel Worksheet, you must have Excel software installed on your computer. Click on the link below to download an Excel worksheet file. Type in the family information at the top, type in the quantity and dollar amount of those cards you wish to purchase, and save the Excel worksheet on your computer. Then open your email and attach the worksheet you just saved to an email to Cynthia Knudsen at CKNUDSEN1@sc.rr.com .

To place your scrip order using a printed form, click on the link below and print the form. Write in the family information at the top, write in the quantity and dollar amount of those cards you wish to purchase, and send with your child to school or bring by the office.
