Testing
All applicants to the Kindergarten program are given a Kindergarten Readiness Test.  Students in grades 1-8 take the Stanford Achievement Test in March. Additionally, students in 3rd, 5th, and 7th grades take the Otis Lennon Ability Test. These tests serve to strengthen our curriculum and meet each student’s individual needs.  Kindergarten students take the Metropolitan Readiness Test in the spring to determine readiness for first grade.

In the Upper School, the PSAT is administered to the 9th and 11th graders.  The PLAN with a career component is administered to the 10th graders.  A semester of SAT prep is offered to assist students in their performance on the SAT.
